Total Body Imaging
This is a new service for patients at Skin Clinic Taranaki.
TBI is an Industry Gold standard and is included as part of the first NAEVUS mole mapping appointments. It can also be added to Mole Mapping or a Full Skin Check at a reduced cost!.
TBI involves imaging the entire body and takes approximately 20 minutes. Your images are then given to you on a flash drive so you can monitor your moles in the comfort of your own home.
Our TBI service is particularly suited to adults who have a large number of moles and need or want to continually monitor their skin. It is also useful to aid partners or whanau to monitor your more inaccessible moles!
For TBI our Dermoscopists use a Fotofinder camera and machine, to capture high-resolution images, that uses artificial intelligence to compare changes in your moles over time.
TBI should be undertaken every 3-5 years.

Not at this stage.

How much will it cost?
$100 – For existing NAEVUS patients (special introductory offer).
$230 – For all other patients.
